Pistachio Cracker
The pistachio cracker is a machine built to crack the shell of shelled pistachio with precise crack force — without breaking the kernel — and to separate the shell from the kernel. It is manufactured at our Gaziantep facility.
Introduction
In the cracking zone, the shell is opened with a force that does not let the kernel break. The kernel is taken from the separator after cracking. The cracking angle and torque are adjusted to the pistachio variety and size. The machine minimizes the break rate and targets a high kernel yield.
