Installation Services

As Duru Agro Food Machinery, we deliver our machines together with survey, planning, assembly, commissioning and operator training. Installation is the starting point of the machine running seamlessly in your line.

Survey and Planning

The facility's floor, height and line layout are measured.
Machine dimensions, mounting points and electrical supply are finalized.
The assembly schedule and delivery sequence are determined.

Assembly and Commissioning

The machine is assembled to the same standards as our manufacturing facility.
Feeding, adjustment and safety circuits are tested.
Empty and loaded testing is recorded along with the quality of the produced product.

Training and Documentation

Operators and service personnel receive training in daily operation, adjustment, cleaning and emergency stop. Assembly, operating instructions and the spare parts list are included in the delivery package.
