Your Rights
- To know: whether your personal data is being processed.
- To request: access and explanation of the processed data.
- To correct: request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- To delete: request deletion or destruction of data.
- To notify: unauthorized disclosure to third parties, if any, to be notified.
- To object: object, if the processing results in harm.
- To claim damage: demand compensation for losses caused by unlawful processing of the data.
- To apply to the Board: if the request is refused, to apply to the Personal Data Protection Board.
Evaluation Process
Requests are answered within a maximum of 30 days after the verification of the authority and scope. The response is free; under Article 12 of KVKK, a fee may be charged according to the Board's fee schedule.
