Drum Roaster
The drum roaster is a drum-type machine that roasts pistachio, almond, walnut and kernel products evenly and with control. It targets the natural roasting aroma and is manufactured at our Gaziantep facility with a food-grade body.
Introduction
The rotating cylinder, with the continuous movement of the product in the heating zone, ensures even heating. Roasting temperature and time are adjusted according to the product. At the outlet, the product is transferred to cooling. The inner surface of the cylinder is made to food-contact standards.
