Elevator Model 3 — Inter-Floor Transport

Elevator Model 3 is a belt conveyor machine designed to carry the product from the lower floor to the upper floor (or to the roasting point). Its inclined belt structure overcomes level differences safely and with a stable flow.

Introduction

In two-story facilities, it is the most common unit for vertical transfer among screening, roasting and cooling units. Belt profile and inclination angles are calculated so that the product is carried without slipping. The transfer point on the upper floor is controlled with a spill tray and a deflector.

Features

  • Inclined belt and stainless steel body.
  • Food-grade belt with anti-slip profile.
  • Motor and gear reducer sized to the level difference.
  • Emergency stop and belt-misalignment sensor.

Applications

  • Product transport from lower to upper floor.
  • Feeding the roasting unit.
  • Inter-floor transfer in two-story food facilities.
