4-Deck Cleaning Screen
The 4-deck cleaning screen is a screening machine developed to separate dust, stems, shells, broken kernels and foreign matter layer by layer from the raw material. It is manufactured at our Gaziantep facility with a food-grade screen surface and a stainless steel body.
Introduction
The product is fed into the screening zone with an even flow via the feed belt; as it travels across the decks, light and heavy fractions are taken out through separate discharge chutes. The deck count is adjusted according to capacity and raw material. The screen surface is made from food-contact standard material.
